My husband signed us up for a 6 week challenge. By week 5, my husband has lost 17 lbs and I have lost 9 lbs. The program works if you follow it. I feel healthier and at my best at 46. Invest in your health, you are so worth it.

Just a quick note to recommend Monique’s program. It has been one of the easiest “diets” I have ever been on. I have lost over 56 lbs with Monique. I have not been hungry at all and actually had trouble eating all the food I was supposed to eat. The best part about it is when you do go on vacation or eat poorly it is very easy to get back on track. In all the diets I’ve tried I have never been able to do that. I am a professional who supports you in achieving your health and wellness goals through guidance, motivation, education, and support. I often focus on areas such as nutrition, exercise, health, health issues, wellness, sleep, and lifestyle changes. The goal is always your transformation, your way.
To accomplish transformations, I use guided discussion, education, ongoing support, accountability, and a collaborative effort to design a custom plan based on your goals, obstacles, and strengths. I'll help you set realistic goals, identify barriers, and develop actionable steps. We will additionally focus on healing, chronic disease management, stress recovery, coping skills, habit building, and substance abuse assistance if wanted. Program planning and strategies are evidenced-based, time-tested, and focus on using the behavioral change models. I work with other healthcare professionals to ensure you always get the best care. While owning CrossFit Evolution from 2007 to 2022, I coached thousands of clients through transformation with fitness and nutrition, while improving their health, reducing medications, and improving confidence and resilience. In 2023 & 2024, I was Lead Weight Loss Coach at Ethos Health Group and FL Spine & Injury (multi-site), working mostly with patients who weighed 200-325lbs. I helped over 250 patients lose weight, the majority between 30 lbs to 90 lbs! I saw reductions in blood pressure, A1C levels, and depression; while also seeing marked improvements in energy, sleep, and stress levels.
